Though there has been a plethora of reports claiming Sandra Bullock is planning to divorce her cheating husband Jesse James, she hasn’t actually filed any paperwork yet.
The “Proposal” actress is said to be holding out to strike an amicable deal with Jesse to help the divorce proceedings to go as smooth and drama-free as possible.
An inside source told press, “She will definitely be filing divorce papers, but wants to make sure everything is lined up perfectly first so it doesn’t get messy.”
“She wants to tie up loose ends with Jesse so the divorce is a quick and painless as possible. She wants to make sure when they divorce he won’t discuss their relationship publicly.”
