Though it once seemed hopeful that they’d be able to repair their marriage, things between Tiger Woods and Elin Nordegren are anything but loving these days.

And according to a report, they’re doing battle over spending time with their children, since Elin wants to fly back to her homeland of Sweden and take Sam and Charlie along.

A source close to the Woods family revealed, “There’s conflict between Tiger and Elin. And Elin doesn’t just give in and do what Tiger wants. She’s become very independent.”

“Things have changed between Tiger and Elin. She has show a lot of independence. She has gotten a lot tougher. But they both love their children. Whatever anyone thinks of Tiger, he loves his children. You can’t criticize him as a parent at all.”
