“I got to the stage where I think I was about to die. I had no energy and my main goal was to be able to stand up. Finally I realized I had to choose between being a person or a professional anorexic.”
“I’ve recently got back into exercising four times a week. I run for half an hour at a time but never outdoors, as I don’t exercise in public. My gym’s in my garage at home.”
